Guest Workshop: Realigning Your Career Goals Post Pandemic with Joanna Tyler

It doesn’t matter where you are at in your career, it’s important that your values align with your career! COVID-19 has been tough on all of us and — for many of us — it’s forced us to take a long hard look at our priorities and what we want (or need) from our careers. In this special guest workshop, career coach, Joanna Tyler, will talk about the difference between career goals and career values. She’ll talk about why it’s critically important that your career meet your goals but also align with the values you have; and she’ll discuss the importance of resilience and upskilling strategies and how they can help us land a career that satisfies both our goals and values.

About our speaker: Joanna is a is a certified Career Transition Coach with Randstad RiseSmart, and a Recruiter by trade, having worked in a variety of settings including corporate, agency and non-profit; recruiting talent for top companies such as John Deere, Arconic, UnityPoint Rock Island, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Novartis, and GlaxoSmithKline. She brings 20 + years of knowledge along with a Masters in Human Resources.
