Our “Success Squad” of volunteers make it possible for Dress for Success Quad Cities to serve hundreds of women each year.
From Career and Image Coaches to mentors and workshop facilitators, the personal touch added by a volunteer is often the special connection someone needs to inspire her along the path to self-sufficiency.
Sponsoring an Event or Program
For organizations wanting to give back through sponsorship and events, we have several opportunities throughout the year.
From our annual fashion show fundraiser to specific campaign matches to our professional networking group, all proceeds go directly to serving Quad City women.

Referring Women To Us
Dress for Success Quad Cities works with women from throughout the Quad Cities region, many of whom are referred by a network of service providers throughout Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.
These referring agencies provide many types of services, but refer to us for some aspect of employment-related assistance.
Donating Clothes
We accept anything YOU would wear to a job interview today. We want to send our members out looking and feeling their best, knowing they are about to make a great first impression. Your professional apparel can help change another woman’s life.
Being a Guest Speaker
We are always looking for guest speakers to bring their expertise, knowledge, and passion about a variety of subjects to the women of the Quad Cities!

Hosting a Clothing or Accessories Drive
We appreciate your efforts to help empower women to achieve economic independence as they re-enter the workforce. Businesses or organizations may host clothing drives on behalf of Dress for Success Quad Cities throughout the year.
We rely on volunteer support to help intake, sort, and process donations, so we do ask that you schedule your drive with us in advance.
