Work with Program Participants
Career Coach: Work one-on-one with women to help them practice interview and/or job search skills, provide general career guidance, or help women re-enter the workforce or transition to a new job. (Requires an ongoing time commitment, roughly 6 hrs./month.) Intermediate to advanced computer skills are required, as coaching is currently virtual.
Workshop Facilitator: Facilitate one of our signature group career development workshops. Experience with facilitation and/or career development is a plus.
Guest Speaker/Guest Workshop Facilitator: Design a 1-hour workshop or presentation on a theme/topic of your choosing to deliver to Dress for Success Quad Cities participants in workshop/webinar format.

Resume Reviewer: Provide written feedback on resumes in accordance with our best practices and protocols via Word or Google Docs.
Image Coach: Help women choose a professional outfit for their interviews and/or place of employment, as well as create a comfortable, safe, and inclusive environment to boost their self-confidence.
