If you have not yet requested the link to your personal Volunteer page, or have lost it, start by completing the form on the Access Personal Volunteer Info page.
Check your email and click on the link provided.
In the first box on the top left (under your name), click the ‘Update’ button. A window will poo up for you to update your contact info or availability. When you are finished, click Save.

In the first column (under Scheduled Volunteer Shifts), find the shift you need to cancel and hit the red Cancel button. A prompt will appear asking if you are sure you want to cancel. Click Okay.
