Volunteer Orientation: Career Coaching, Resume Reviewing, and Donation Center Operations

Welcome to our Volunteer Orientation! We are thrilled to have you join us as we embark on a journey to make a positive impact in our community. This 90-minute session will equip you with the necessary tools and knowledge to contribute effectively to our mission.

Agenda:

• Introduction to Our Organization: Get acquainted with our mission, values, and the impactful work we do in our community.

• Career Coaching: Learn about the importance of career development and how you can support individuals in their professional journey. Our experienced career coaches will share insights and tips on how to empower others to achieve their career goals.

• Image Coaching:  Learn how to Help women choose a professional outfit for their interviews and/or place of employment, as well as create a comfortable, safe, and inclusive environment to boost their self-confidence.

• Working in Our Donation Center: Explore the operations of our donation center and understand the vital role it plays in our organization. From sorting and organizing donations to assisting customers, you’ll learn how to contribute efficiently to our center’s activities.
