About the Show

Recycle the Runway is Dress for Success Quad Cities’ signature fashion fundraiser, bringing together designers from across the United States who compete for cash prizes by creating runway-ready designs from recycled clothing and accessories. The event takes place before celebrity judges and a live audience during a high-energy runway show on November 7th, 2026.

With over 300 attendees at our most recent event and an even larger audience anticipated this year, Recycle the Runway offers sponsors significant exposure to a diverse and engaged audience of community leaders, creatives, business owners, and supporters. Sponsors receive recognition throughout the event promotions and onsite, while directly supporting Dress for Success Quad Cities’ impactful programs.

NOW reflects the strength, confidence, and transformation happening every day. It represents the women we serve, the lives being changed, and the confidence being built in this moment. Through suiting, career coaching, and community support, we see women stepping into their power and rewriting their stories. NOW is vibrant, active, and full of possibility – just like the recycled designs on the runway, which transform what exists into something bold, beautiful, and full of purpose.

NEXT symbolizes hope, growth, and the limitless possibilities ahead. It represents the future of Dress for Success and the women who will continue to rise, lead, and inspire. NEXT is about innovation, sustainability, and expanding our reach to empower even more women. Each design points forward, reminding us that the journey doesn’t end here. Instead, it evolves – carrying our mission into the future and ensuring that every woman has the opportunity to step confidently into what comes next.
