This is because the majority of businesses and organizations use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software to screen resumes and applications as they come in. Roughly 70% of applications are “cut” during the ATS process.
In this workshop, you’ll gain a better understanding of (a) what the ATS is, (b) how the ATS screens and scans your materials, and (c) how to revise your resume so that it’s ATS approved, giving you a better shot at landing an interview!
