Introduction to Our Organization

Welcome, members of Women’s Reach, to our orientation session. We are delighted to have you here as part of our community dedicated to empowering women and fostering their professional growth.

Parking: In rear lot or front street parking is available. 

1. Staff Introduction (10 minutes)

Welcome and Introduction

    • Welcome all attendees to the orientation session.
    • Introduce the facilitators and staff members who will be leading the session.
    • Briefly outline the agenda for the orientation.
  •  Overview of Women’s Reach
    • Provide a brief overview of the organization’s mission, values, and objectives.
    • Highlight the importance of the orientation in helping new members integrate into the community.

2. Tour of Facilities (20 minutes)

Introduction to Facilities

    • Begin the tour by introducing the various facilities available at Women’s Reach.
    • Highlight key areas such as meeting rooms, resource centers, and networking spaces.
  • Guided Tour
    • Lead the attendees on a guided tour of the facilities, pointing out important features and amenities.
    • Answer any questions that may arise during the tour.
  • Conclusion of Tour
    • Conclude the tour and guide the attendees back to the main meeting area for the next session.

3. Learning Session: Career Development (30 minutes)

Introduction to Learning Session

    • Transition into the learning session on career development.
    • Introduce the topic and its relevance to the attendees’ professional growth.
  • Presentation and Discussion
    • Facilitate a presentation on the importance of career development and strategies for success.
    • Engage the attendees in interactive discussions and activities related to career planning and goal setting.

4. Staff Q & A Panel (30 minutes)

Introduction to Q & A Panel

    • Introduce the staff members who will be participating in the Q & A panel.
    • Explain the format and guidelines for the Q & A session.
  • Panel Discussion
    • Facilitate a discussion where attendees can ask questions to the staff members about Women’s Reach, its programs, and services.
    • Encourage open dialogue and participation from both attendees and panelists.
  • Closing Remarks
    • Thank the panelists and attendees for their participation.
    • Remind attendees of the resources available for further support and encourage them to stay engaged with Women’s Reach.
